As MBC Engineering, Representation, Electricity, Construction, Tourism Industry and Trade Ltd. Co. ("Data Controller", "MBC Engineering"), we process your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law", "KVKK") and relevant legislation. We also take all necessary technical and administrative measures required by law to ensure the protection of your personal data. In this context, MBC Engineering processes your personal data by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures, within the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international treaties to which Turkey is a party, and relevant legislation on the protection of personal data, especially KVKK. You have the following rights under KVKK concerning your personal data:

b. To request information if your personal data have been processed,
c. To learn the purpose of processing and whether personal data are used accordingly,
ç. To know the third parties inside or outside the country to whom personal data are transferred,
d. To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
e. To request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7,
f. To request that actions under (d) and (e) be communicated to third parties to whom personal data were transferred,
g. To object to results arising against you through analysis of personal data solely by automated systems,

You may submit your requests in writing via registered mail, in person, through a notary, or electronically via your registered e-mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or previously registered e-mail address.

Your requests will be answered in accordance with KVKK provisions. To verify that the applicant is the relevant person, MBC Engineering may request certain confirmation information, which will only be used to confirm identity and ensure that the results are shared with the correct individual.
